Experience Flow

Your Japanese cultural journey lasts approximately 60 minutes. Relax, have fun, and enjoy every moment.

1. Welcome & Introduction

About 5 minutes

Meet your instructor and discover the beautiful world of the Japanese Koto. You’ll learn a little about this traditional instrument before trying it yourself. No experience is necessary.

2. Choose Your Kimono

About 10 minutes

Your child can choose from a selection of colorful kimono and traditional jackets. Our staff will help with dressing so it’s easy, comfortable, and fun.

3. Play the Japanese Koto

About 20 minutes

Sit in front of a real Japanese Koto and play your very first notes. Our instructor will guide you step by step. Many children enjoy playing part of the famous Japanese melody “Sakura Sakura.” Everyone can create beautiful sounds.

4. Photo Time

About 15 minutes

Capture unforgettable memories with your family. Parents are welcome to take as many photos as they like. Our staff will also be happy to help take family pictures.

5. Souvenir Certificate

About 10 minutes

Every child receives a special souvenir certificate: “I Played the Japanese Koto.” Take home a wonderful keepsake from your visit to Japan.
